We are an independent
Antiques shop and have been trading since 2006
when we started up in a corner at
Wolverhampton Antiques Market. We are Jacquie
and Jeff, hence the name TwoJays!!
You will find at TwoJays
Corner an eclectic mix of Antiques, Decorative
& Vintage for your home and garden.
And always something a little unusual or
quirky.
Our motto has always been ‘Something for
everyone and all sizes of pockets’ .
We have been featured on
BBC's Antique Road Trip 7 times now and have
had visits from Charles Hanson (twice),
Christina Trevanion, Paul Laidlaw, Margie
Cooper with the singer Tony Christie, Ochuko
Ojiri & last but not least Irita
Marriott. There is even a video of a visit
in the ecopy of the Sunday Express where
Tony and Margie make an embarrassing gaffe!!

This year Twojays
presented itself at the Whitchurch
"Vide Grenier" market for the months
of August and September. It was lots
of fun, a great atmosphere and lots
of stalls selling gorgeousness with
French music playing. It was lovely
to see some of our customers there
too!! We will be taking part again
in 2026 hopefully.

Well, it's finally
happened.
We have left Shifnal and moved to
Tweedale near Madeley, Shropshire.
It's a re-furbished building and we
have a new and exciting shop for you
to visit at your leisure.
Our open day is Sunday 2nd June at
11 am and we are celebrating with
bubbly or buck's fizz or non
alcoholic wine.

Fixtures and
fittings have started to be moved
out of Twojays at Shifnal and due to
this I have decided that this
weekend, 19th to 21st April, will be
the last weekend at Shifnal for
Twojays.
This decision has not been made
lightly but I really need to keep Twojays safe
for visitors to
peruse and of course to
concentrate
on getting the new Twojays at
Tweedale ready
Stock will still be available online
at Etsy and Vinterior and if there
was something that you had seen on a
previous visit and wish to purchase
then please contact me on

appointment to view.

The
last two years at Twojays have
been far too emotional and I had
started to think it was time to
retire. That thought didn't last
very long, I'm not really ready to
throw in the towel, so I decided
to move instead and have a
refresh.
We have been based in
Shifnal since 2012 so I didn't
really want to move too far away
and Tweedale seemed to be the
ideal location, near to Shifnal
and in close proximity to
Ironbridge. The new shop will be
slightly larger with a slightly
smaller outside section for garden
furniture and garden statuary.
We will be having a preview
evening with drinks and canape's
and an opening weekend.
So far we are looking at Mid May
but these dates will be confirmed
towards the end of April.
